Our Team
Jessica McNamee has spent her entire career serving clients in the financial planning and wealth management space. She started her career as a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual. It was here that Jessica first discovered her passion for helping others pursue financial confidence. After building her practice for a number of years, she was recruited to join Heartland Bank, where she was tasked with establishing a new financial planning and wealth management team there. She served on the senior leadership team at the bank as a senior vice president and was successful in launching the Heartland Planning Associates brand. Jessica continued to work with clients directly as she grew the team. Under her leadership, the team grew to include 10 associates, and together they achieved expansive growth in the number of clients they served. Jessica was a coach and mentor to her team members, constantly striving to help them to reach their full potential.
After a great experience with Heartland, Jessica was ready to return to her roots as an independent advisor. In 2024, she founded Sirius Wealth Strategies, where she continues to help clients realize the dream of financial independence.
Jessica graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University’s honors program, with a degree in policy science and economics. During her time at OSU, she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, a national academic honor society. Jessica, Colin, and their fur babies currently reside in Bellefontaine, OH. She enjoys gardening and is especially fond of growing vegetables and a vast variety of trees. Her passion for caring for others extends to the kitchen as well, where she loves to cook, especially for friends and family. She is a member of the Athletic Club of Columbus and attends events there regularly.
With five years of experience in the financial services industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Texas, Mia brings a strong commitment to exceptional client service and meticulous attention to detail to her role. As a Paraplanner and client service professional, she takes pride in supporting both clients and advisors- staying organized, anticipating needs, and helping ensure every aspect of the client experience is handled thoughtfully and efficiently.
Mia’s dedication to excellence has earned her the Ultimate Digital Excellence Award for two consecutive years, a distinction that reflects her commitment to providing a high-quality client experience and continually finding ways to improve how clients are served.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, whether walking her dog, golfing, or biking. She also loves cooking, gardening, tackling DIY projects, and she is rarely far from a good cup of tea. Whether learning something new, finding a creative outlet, or spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Mia brings the same curiosity and enthusiasm to her personal life that she does to her work.
With over eight years of experience as an administrative assistant at Cambridge Investment Research, Grace has honed her skills in supporting financial advisors and enhancing operational efficiency. In 2021, she brought her expertise to LPL, where she is a valued member of the Admin Solutions Program. Grace is adept at simplifying operations and streamlining advisors' practices, ensuring that both advisors and their clients receive top-tier support.
Grace holds the FINRA SIE and Series 99 registrations through LPL and is proud to maintain her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Designation. Her professional qualifications reflect her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in the financial services industry. (Please note that activities requiring FINRA registrations are not in scope.)
A native of Iowa, Grace enjoys a fulfilling personal life filled with family, fishing, gardening, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. Her passion for helping others and her attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team.
